- We are looking for enthusiastic Call Centre Sales Agents, who will play an integral part in one of the company's most fundamental departments.
Responsibilities include:
Taking inbound calls and ensuring all customer queries are dealt with in an efficient and professional manner
Building great rapport with customers and finding solutions for any issues that arise
Nurturing long term customer relationships as well as handling new accounts
Upselling company products and services
Handling any customer complaints effectively and escalate them where appropriate
Working to targets and achieving outlined KPI's

Ability to learn new computer systems

Capability to work well under pressure whilst multitasking
Previous customer service experience is not essential as training is provided - Number of vacancies: 6
