### DPO Pillar Specialist - Port Elizabeth

**Job Description:**
SAB is seeking a DPO Pillar Specialist to oversee the technical knowledge and operations of the Distribution, Planning, Delivery, Warehouse, and Fleet pillars across Africa. This role is crucial in ensuring clear ownership of practices, approaches, coaching, and support within their respective pillars.
**Key Roles and Responsibilities:**
**Pillar Targets:**
- Coordinate and manage the annual targets/glidepaths for the respective Pillars across Africa.
- Monthly tracking of self-assessments against glidepaths.
- Track progress of key identified focus blocks monthly.
- Ensure Pillar glidepaths are loaded into the Portal as Pillar ‘Plans’.
- Align target cascading across all BU’s and sites.
**Monthly Routines:**
- Ensure monthly routines between Pillar Lead and Zone/BU Pillar owners take place.
- Implement IAL (Insight Action Learning) for these routines.
- Develop and report on monthly Pillar reports.
**Year-End Process:**
- Track and sign-off sites’ final achievements as part of C2C (Concept to Customer) reports.
- Identify respective Pillar nominations for DPO awards.
- Ensure following year Pillar/s strategies as per the normal annual management cycle.
**Logistics Convention:**
- Support the successful annual Logistics convention with the rest of the team.
**KPI Management:**
- Identify key KPI’s linked to focus blocks.
- Implement tracking tools to monitor these KPIs monthly.
- Ensure reporting adherence of all respective Pillar KPIs on a monthly basis.
**C2C (Concept to Customer):**
- Ensure allocation of respective Pillar coaches for Pillars.
- Develop a key C2C focused approach.
- Review sites’ final C2C Pillar pages and scores.
**LCP (Logistics Capability Planning):**
- Support and own (where applicable) the implementation of LCP blocks across the BU’s and Zone.
- Support the LCP monthly routines per BU and Zone.
**Best Practices and Shared Learnings:**
- Coordinate and manage best practices and shared learnings across Africa.
- Track the implementation of best practices.
- Develop and update respective Pillar Playbooks.
**Profile:**
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Planning, Supply Chain Management, or Logistics.
- 3 – 5 years of operational or planning experience in FMCG.
- Deep knowledge of respective Pillar/s requirements at operational and strategic levels.
- Excellent understanding of DPO (structure, approach, and requirements).
- Understanding of ABInBev Logistics principles.
- Demonstrable problem-solving skills with an ability to manage complexity and ambiguity.
- Must be able to work under continuous pressure for extended periods.
- Clear and strong communication skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively.

- 45-hour work week.
