**Job Description:**
As a Warehouse Supervisor at SAB, your primary responsibility is to efficiently manage shifts to execute both T1 and T2 load plans, ensuring satisfaction of internal and external customer service levels.
**Key Roles and Responsibilities:**
- **Inventory Counts:**
- Lead and perform the morning inventory count process.
- Identify root causes of inventory count variances and implement action plans to improve Inventory Accuracy KPI.
- Utilize problem-solving tools to reduce Supply Chain Overheads.
- Create and manage warehouse management tools to ensure First Expired, First Out (FEFO).
- Track and trend Inventory Accuracy.
- Ensure accurate reflection of material movements in the SAP system.
- **Layout Implementation:**
- Ensure adherence to warehouse layout for various activities.
- Manage warehouse cleanliness, pest control, chemical safety, temperature control, and product exposure.
- Ensure compliance with the Global Warehouse GOP.
- Implement Location-Based Inventory System.
- Ensure adherence to blocking standards for non-conforming inventory.
- Conduct product quality induction programs.
- Track and manage repacking operations to conform to quality standards and improve productivity.
- **Picking Standards:**
- Adhere to standardized picking processes to ensure a safe and productive process.
- Track and manage picking accuracy and productivity.
- **Productivity & Capacity Management:**
- Ensure compliance with Warehouse Labour Productivity GOP.
- Allocate and assign labour activities effectively using the SKAP tool.
- **Warehouse Management:**
- Implement, track, and improve 5S results.
- Support the design of management cycles and ensure understanding by all warehouse employees.
- Develop and continuously validate SOPs and ensure understanding by all warehouse employees.
- Manage and update team rooms through routine meetings.
- Develop and maintain SCL routines and track adherence.
- Utilize problem-solving tools to develop action plans for improvement.
- Cascade KPIs and PIs to individual warehouse employee levels.
- **Safe Warehouse Practices:**
- Ensure a safe warehouse operation and drive awareness and compliance with relevant safety protocols.
- Track and measure loading/unloading productivity.
- Track and manage related KPIs/PIs.
**Minimum Requirements:**
- 3-year relevant diploma/degree.
- 2+ years of Warehouse and/or logistics experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Oasis, Handheld devices.
- SAP proficiency.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
- Superior planning ability and ability to work under pressure.
- Good verbal and communication skills.
- Strong self-management practices.
- Achievement orientation and ability to adapt to change effectively.
- Excellent coaching capability.
