**Description:**
Hire Resolve's client is looking for an experienced and skilled Engineering Boilermaker Foreman to join their mining company in Gauteng. The ideal candidate will oversee the fabrication, assembly, and installation of metal structures, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
**Responsibilities:**
- **Fabrication and Installation:**
- Oversee the fabrication, assembly, and installation of boilers, pressure vessels, and other metal structures.
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and specifications.
- **Maintenance and Repair:**
- Maintain and repair existing equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- **Team Supervision:**
- Supervise and support a team of boilermakers.
- Provide guidance and resolve issues as needed.
- **Safety and Compliance:**
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Promote a culture of safety within the team.
- **Planning and Coordination:**
- Plan and schedule work to meet production targets and minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders.
- **Record Keeping:**
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
**Requirements:**
- **Education:**
- Grade 12.
- Trade Test Certificate in Boilermaking/Plating.
- Engineering Foreman Certificate.
- **Experience:**
- 5 years' experience as an Engineering Foreman within the mining industry.
- **Additional:**
- Valid driver’s license.
