#### Key Responsibilities
- **Customer Engagement:** Handle customer service inquiries via incoming calls and email.
- **Reservation Management:** Manage reservations, special requests, and complaints through the website.
- **Query Resolution:** Address a range of customer queries or inquiries, ensuring effective and timely resolutions.
- **Escalation:** Proactively escalate queries to appropriate channels when necessary.
#### Candidate Requirements
- **Education:** Matric certificate or equivalent qualification.
- **Language Skills:** Fluent in German (both verbal and written).
- **Experience:** Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a dual-focus (back-office & voice) within an inbound/outbound contact center.
- **Skills:** Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for customer service.
- **Technical Abilities:** Proficient in handling technical issues related to customer service.
