We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Hospital Manager to join our dynamic team at Richards Bay and Ballito. The Hospital Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hospital, ensuring that all departments run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for improving patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospital.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure effective and efficient operations.
• Manage and supervise hospital staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with medical staff and department heads to enhance patient care services.
• Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring financial stability and profitability.
• Address and resolve any issues or complaints from patients, staff, or visitors.
• Develop and implement strategies for hospital growth and improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Proven experience as a Hospital Manager or in a similar healthcare management role.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
• Strong financial acumen and budgeting experience.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle stressful situations and make critical decisions.
