#### Job Purpose
The Inventory Analyst is responsible for managing all Finished Goods (FG) inventory within the logistics supply chain, ensuring compliance with inventory governance processes, and ensuring accuracy in SAP for physical movements of inventory.
#### Key Roles and Responsibilities
- **FG Quality Management:**
- Ensure FG inventory adheres to quality fundamental standards as per DPO & VPO requirements.
- Accurately block FG inventory in SAP with physical blocking mechanisms for quality-related and obsolescence stock.
- Ensure compliance with freshness & rotation policies.
- Record and display inventory counts accurately with quantities and BBD x SKU & bin cards.
- Apply and approve inventory concession policies as per product age standards.
- Re-pack salvages and decant obsolescence stock according to standards.
- **Governance and Risk:**
- Ensure documentation is signed-off, filed, and securely stored as per Inventory Control Policy.
- Conduct random verifications and ensure security cameras are in place.
- Perform 3-point independent checks on T1 & T2 shipments for departure and arrival.
- Accurately transact all physical movements of FG inventory in SAP, including validation of packaging receipts and write-offs.
#### Profile
- **Education:** Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Engineering, Commercial, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Sciences.
- **Experience:** 2-3 years in a Stock Control environment.
- **Skills:**
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of SAP R3 system.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills.
- High levels of integrity and ethics.
- Ability to manage self effectively.
