**Job Description:**

**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Customer Engagement:** Handle customer service interactions via phone and email, managing reservations, special requests, and complaints through the website.
- **Query Management:** Respond to a variety of customer inquiries, delivering resolutions in a timely manner and escalating issues as needed.
- **Transaction Handling:** Demonstrate urgency and efficiency in handling customer transactions, following standard operating procedures.
**Requirements:**
- **Qualification:** Matric certificate or equivalent.
- **Language Skills:** Proficiency in Italian (verbal and written).
- **Experience:** Minimum of 1-2 years in a dual-focus (back-office & voice) contact center role.
- **Skills:** Strong customer service orientation, analytical and problem-solving skills, and technical abilities.
