We seek to employ the service of an experienced Receptionist who will serves guests by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately. Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries. Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories and Maintains security and telecommunications system.
Duties
Dealing with bookings.
Completing procedures when guests arrive and leave.
Choosing rooms and handing out keys.
Preparing bills and taking payments.
Taking and passing on messages to guests.
Dealing with special requests from guests (like booking theatre tickets or storing valuable items)
