JD Group is seeking a hard-working and energetic Service Centre Administrator to join their dynamic retail environment. The role involves providing excellent customer service, ensuring accurate transaction processing, and administering cellular, credit, and lay-by offerings to meet targets.


#### Key Responsibilities


- Interacting professionally with customers to ensure accurate transaction processing

- Administering cellular, credit, and lay-by offerings

- Achieving individual targets

- Processing transactions and handling cash ups

- Managing self and teamwork effectively

- Ensuring security and housekeeping

- Handling reception and switchboard duties


#### Minimum Requirements


- Matric qualification

- Numeracy skills and ability to work with money

- Computer literacy, including MS Office (Word, Excel)

- Attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills

- Strong written and communication skills

- Teamwork and telephone etiquette

- Target-driven and customer-centric approach

- Practical experience in a financial and administration role

- SAP experience is advantageous

- Experience in cellular and credit vetting

- Knowledge of relevant company policies, practices, processes, and systems

- Integrity and fraud detection skills
