#### Role Overview
We’re seeking a Social Media Content Creator who is adept at trend analysis, content creation, and AI integration to enhance social media efforts. This role involves developing and managing engaging social media content across platforms, especially LinkedIn, and creating strategies that resonate with our target audiences.
#### Responsibilities
- **Content Creation:** Develop engaging posts, videos, and graphics for social media, collaborating with designers.
- **Brand Management:** Translate each brand’s identity into effective social media strategies.
- **Trend Analysis:** Stay updated on social media trends and incorporate them into strategies.
- **AI Integration:** Utilize AI tools to enhance social media management and content creation.
- **Platform Management:** Manage accounts across platforms with a primary focus on LinkedIn, and secondary focuses on Facebook and Instagram.
- **Paid Campaigns:** Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to drive engagement.
- **Collaboration:** Work with the Comms Director, Creative Director, and designers to align strategies with marketing goals.
- **Content Planning:** Develop and maintain a content calendar, staying updated with key dates and events.
- **Community Management:** Engage with the online community, manage responses, and handle crisis situations with support.
- **Reporting:** Create detailed performance reports and present insights to the team.
#### A Month in This Role Could Look Like
- Creating impactful content for clients in the sustainability sector.
- Executing a paid social media campaign for a clean water technology start-up.
- Collaborating with designers on video content for humanitarian staffing clients.
- Analyzing trends and updating strategies to enhance engagement.
- Managing LinkedIn accounts for B2B clients with impactful content.
- Participating in a workshop on AI tools for social media.
- Presenting performance reports with actionable insights.
#### Requirements
- **Experience:** 3–5 years in social media management, preferably in an agency setting.
- **Skills:** Strong writing and content creation skills; proficiency in social media platforms, especially LinkedIn; knowledge of trends and AI tools.
- **Video Content:** Experience with video content creation and editing.
- **Paid Campaigns:** Experience with paid social media campaigns is a bonus.
- **Organizational Skills:** Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality, engaging content.
