Dis-Chem Pharmacies requires an experienced Cleaner on a fixed-term contract for their store in Majik Forest, Bellville. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean and neat store, adhering to Dis-Chem’s hygienic standards. Areas of focus include the store floor, stock room, dispensary, admin office, and canteen.
#### Minimum Requirements
**Essential:**
- Grade 12 / Matric
- Minimum 6 months cleaning experience
- Proficient in English
- Basic customer service skills
- Additional language relevant to the area
- Willingness to work retail hours
**Advantageous:**
- Bilingual
- Previous retail store cleaning experience
#### Job Specification
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the store.
- Ensure all store areas are clean before opening.
- Keep canteen and restrooms clean and stocked.
- Be available to clean up as needed during operational hours.
- Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment.
- Ensure wet floor signs are visible when cleaning floors.
- Be friendly, professional, and customer-oriented.
- Follow Health and Safety Regulations.
