**Description:**
Pep is seeking an Installation Manager to oversee all capital purchases and installations for Pep stores. The role involves coordinating the installation of various components such as air-conditioning, flooring, signage, generators, and electrical systems to ensure compliance with Pep Standards.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Ensure installations meet Pep Standards for air-conditioning, flooring, signage, generators, and electrical components.
- Conduct inspections before, during, and after shopfitting installations to ensure compliance.
- Oversee store installation rollouts.
- Manage general administration tasks related to capital purchases and installations.
**Qualifications and Experience:**
- High School Diploma with Mathematics.
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in retail.
- Knowledge of construction and property management.
- Experience in project management.
- Knowledge of OHASA (Occupational Health and Safety Act) will be advantageous.
- Planning experience will be beneficial.
