**Description:**
DHL South Africa is seeking a CDZ Team Leader to ensure the entries department operates at maximum capacity while complying with SARS rules and regulations. Join us in connecting people and improving lives.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Communicate and confirm information with external customers to ensure clearance correctness.
- Confirm information with internal customers to ensure accuracy communicated to Customs.
- Apply correct duty structure.
- Advise management on irregularities and resolve queries.
- Manage entries department and allocate duties to entry clerks.
- Receive documents for customs clearance and assist with clearances.
- Ensure efficient and timely clearances.
- Finalize all customs and client queries.
- Prepare documents for customs clearance.
- Handle Customs Audits and Permit applications.
- Keep SARS documentation up to date.
- Allocate duty percentages.
- Rectify incorrect take-on data.
- Frame entries when required.
**Requirements:**
- Grade 12.
- 5 to 7 years' experience in Customs clearing.
- Experience in Cargowise.
