**Job Description:**
As a People PPM Manager at SAB, you will oversee budgeting, forecasting, tracking, and monitoring activities for the People Package within Zone and ZHQ functions. This role is crucial for driving performance improvements through the analysis of People KPIs, FTE, and payroll, as well as identifying and tracking synergy opportunities with Procurement, Rewards, and People teams. You will also handle the budgeting, forecasting, tracking, and monitoring of other ZBB packages within the People Function to optimize resource allocation.
**Key Roles and Responsibilities:**
- **Annual Budgeting:**
- Oversee the People Package annual budget process.
- Communicate guidelines and synergy targets to country People Leads and ZBB Managers.
- Ensure the final approved budget meets Overheads targets and drives synergy.
- **Monthly Tracking and Monitoring:**
- Track and monitor the People Package monthly to review variances against the budget.
- Identify and analyze risks and opportunities for budget delivery.
- Support People country leads and Director in cost management and opportunity identification.
- **Forecasting:**
- Conduct monthly forecasting for the People Package.
- Ensure alignment with ZBB timelines and provide input for country and BU EBITDA forecasting.
- **KPI Management:**
- Consolidate and track People KPIs for monthly reporting to the People Director.
- Present findings in functional and BU leadership meetings.
- **Ad Hoc Projects and Analysis:**
- Conduct and manage ad hoc projects and analyses.
- Provide key recommendations based on project objectives and expected outcomes.
- **Policy Compliance:**
- Ensure policy compliance and adherence to local and global ZBB policies.
- Identify and communicate risks and opportunities to relevant stakeholders.
- **Decision Support:**
- Provide insights and analysis to assist the leadership team in decision-making.
- Extrapolate synergy opportunities and follow up on key actions.
**Profile:**
- **Educational Qualifications:**
- Degree in Finance.
- **Experience:**
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in business, preferably in Supply or Commercial.
- **Skills:**
- Proficiency in Finance and Analytics.
- Advanced knowledge and experience in PowerPoint and Excel for analysis and presentation.
- Desirable experience with SAP/Syspro and HFM systems.
- Proactive, diligent, and well-organized.
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with members at all levels.
