**Description:**
As a Service Delivery Expert at DHL Supply Chain South Africa, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate recording of valid transactions, timely invoice payments, and meticulous reconciliation tasks. Your role is crucial in maintaining supplier relationships, managing financial functions, and supporting various business processes.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):** Follow up on agreed KPIs.
- **Customer/Employee/Business Partner Satisfaction:** Support implementation of programs to enhance satisfaction.
- **Documentation:** Maintain up-to-date system and process documentation.
- **Service Requirements:** Clarify service requirements and consistently obtain necessary inputs.
- **Audits:** Assist in internal and external audits.
- **Collaboration:** Collaborate with other process towers and areas of the business for integration and optimization.
- **Internal Controls:** Conduct internal controls to ensure adherence to company quality standards.
- **Special Processes:** Handle special processes to optimize business flow.
- **Projects:** Contribute to projects as an active team member.
- **Performance Reviews:** Conduct weekly conference calls with outsourced parties to review performance and KPIs.
- **Oracle Modules:** Responsible for two Oracle modules: Accounts Payable and Purchase Order for Purchase to Pay Expert.
- **Motivation and Leadership:** Provide motivation and serve as a role model for all indirect staff (Accenture).
- **Customer Relationships:** Maintain efficient customer relationships while respecting cultural environments and history.
**Qualifications/ Skills/Competencies/Experience:**
- **Education:** Matric is essential; degree level education or equivalent.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- **Skills and Competencies:**
- Strong relationship management skills.
- Proficient in language skills.
- Ability to perform duties and responsibilities independently.
- Collaborative team player.
- Attention to detail.
- High drive to meet strict deadlines.
- **Languages:** Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
