### Key Responsibilities:

- **Product Owner and Development Team Coordination:**

  - Facilitate interactions and ensure smooth communication.

- **Scrum Process Management:**

  - Facilitate planning, grooming, reviews, and retrospectives.

  - Maintain Scrum tools (action board, storyboard, charts, backlogs).

  - Assist in defining the Definition of Done and Definition of Ready.

- **Team Dynamics and Administrative Support:**

  - Foster effective team collaboration.

  - Perform necessary administrative tasks to support the Scrum process.


### Qualifications and Experience:

- **Experience:**

  - Minimum 2 years as a Project Coordinator (Agile, Scrum).

  - 2 to 3 years of Scrum and Agile experience.

- **Certification:**

  - First-level Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I).
