### Key Responsibilities:

- **Clinical Centre Business Performance:**

  - Assign duties, review performance reports, analyze data, and address clinic improvements.

  - Manage budgets and maintain relationships with providers and suppliers.

- **Stock Control Functions:**

  - Equip medical suites, implement stock control procedures, and maintain inventory.

- **Operational and Legislative Compliance:**

  - Enforce policies, ensure legal and regulatory compliance.

- **Personnel Management:**

  - Manage staff performance, handle hiring, training, and resolve disputes.

- **Administrative Duties:**

  - Compile and submit reports, and report to the Operations Manager.


### Qualifications and Experience:

- **Essential:**

  - Matric

  - Diploma in Health Care Administration or related field

  - 6 years of supervisory experience

- **Skills:**

  - Leadership, time management, communication, and computer literacy (MS Office).
