**Description:**
Anova Health Institute, an NGO dedicated to improving healthcare and quality of life, is seeking a Clinical Nurse Practitioner to oversee HIV management and support ART initiation, PrEP, and STI treatment in the Klipfontein Sub-District. This role involves working closely with facilities and outreach teams to ensure effective implementation of the 90-90-90 targets.
**Key Duties and Responsibilities:**
- **Leadership and Oversight:**
- Champion 90-90-90 activities and lead facility meetings and data reviews.
- Monitor performance and liaise between Anova and facility staff.
- **Patient Care:**
- Initiate ART for eligible HIV clients and provide follow-up care according to DoH guidelines.
- Support community recalls and attend MDT meetings.
- **Quality Improvement:**
- Monitor performance of TB/HIV/STI programs and implement quality improvement plans.
- Identify training needs and provide in-service training for clinic staff.
- **Reporting and Support:**
- Report weekly to Anova’s sub-district team on ART and TPT initiations.
- Support implementation of I-ACT support groups and chronic treatment clubs.
**Requirements:**
- **Qualifications:**
- Degree or diploma as a Professional Nurse.
- Midwifery qualification required.
- Registration with the South African Nursing Council.
- **Experience:**
- At least 4 years in a clinic (PHC or CHC) setting.
- At least 2 years of NIMART experience.
- Familiarity with HIV Management, PrEP, STI, and TB guidelines.
- **Skills:**
- NIMART trained and certified to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and good report writing abilities.
- Driver’s License and ability to drive.
**Additional Information:**
