#### **Job Description:**
- Promote and sell Dis-Chem cosmetic and beauty products through exceptional customer service.
- Provide makeovers, cosmetic demonstrations, and manage promotions.
- Maintain stock levels according to Dis-Chem procedures, report on short, damaged, and expired stock.
- Ensure attractive merchandising and displays.
- Achieve department, brand, and vendor sales targets.
- Stay updated on products, brands, and retail industry trends.
- Manage salon appointments and adhere to Dis-Chem policies, SOPs, and health and safety regulations.
#### **Essential Requirements:**
- Grade 12 / Matric
- Retail experience as a sales consultant
- Computer literate
- Willing and able to work retail hours
#### **Advantageous:**
- Experience in cosmetics, fragrance, or beauty
#### **Competencies:**
- **Essential:**
- Strong command of English (written and oral)
- Team player
- Excellent customer service skills
- Understanding of stock reports and sales target calculations
- Ability to work according to a task schedule
- **Advantageous:**
- Experience in promotions, personal selling, and product knowledge
- Previous sales and promotional training
- Stock management skills
- Bilingual
