#### **Responsibilities:**
- **Customer Service & Sales:**
- Acknowledge every customer within 30 seconds.
- Deliver excellent customer service following Birkenstock procedures.
- Determine customer needs and demonstrate product benefits.
- Close sales and secure add-on sales.
- Invite customers back and foster brand loyalty.
- Monitor personal sales against budget regularly.
- **Inventory:**
- Replenish footwear, apparel, and accessories from the storeroom daily.
- Minimize shrinkage by following store policies and procedures.
- Ensure accurate stock entries in the POS system.
- Process deliveries including checking quantities, tagging, and pricing.
- Manage customer orders.
- **Daily Operations:**
- Maintain store cleanliness and housekeeping.
- Assist with opening and closing the store.
- **Training:**
- Take responsibility for your own training.
- Work with an assigned buddy and attend quarterly training sessions.
- Receive monthly feedback from the manager and track progress through the Birkenstock rookie pack.
- **Merchandising:**
- Maintain stock presentation according to Birkenstock standards.
- Ensure sizes are replenished and assist with window/Mannequin changes.
- Keep POS materials stored properly to avoid damage.
#### **Candidate Requirements:**
- **Education:** Grade 12 or Equivalent
- **Experience:** Minimum of 6 months in customer service; Birkenstock knowledge is advantageous.
- **Skills:** Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to various tasks.
