**Job Description:**
As a Logistics Support Agent at SAB, your primary role is to facilitate data capturing, analytics, and the distribution of performance reports for the Logistics Department at Bellville DCs.
**Key Roles and Responsibilities:**
- **Quotations and Consumables Management:**
- Source quotations for logistics as required by DC management.
- Manage DC consumables ordering and tracking.
- **Procure-to-Pay (PTP) Processes:**
- Follow up on PTP processes and log snow tickets when issues occur.
- Manage Goods Receipt/Invoice Receipt (GRIR) for all Logistics Purchase Orders (POs) at the DC.
- Resolve supplier queries related to PTP.
- **Vendor and Labor Management:**
- Assist in vendor creation for Logistics Temp Labour Management.
- Administer all temporary requisition forms.
- Capture time and attendance verification for temporary labor usage.
- Analyze usage by function and provide weekly reporting.
- **Owner Driver Administration:**
- Handle administrative tasks related to Owner Driver Administration.
- Create adhoc debits and credits.
- Administer governance documentation.
- Assist with new driver onboarding processes.
**Profile:**
- Relevant 3-year tertiary degree/diploma, preferably in Supply Chain or Logistics.
- 1-2 years of administrative experience would be advantageous.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong organization and planning skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
