#### Job Purpose
The Warehouse Shift Manager will manage shifts to efficiently execute T1 & T2 load plans, ensuring internal and external customer service levels are met.
#### Key Roles and Responsibilities
- **Inventory Counts:**
- Perform and lead morning inventory counts.
- Identify and address root causes of inventory count variances.
- Utilize problem-solving tools to improve Inventory Accuracy KPI.
- Manage warehouse management tools to ensure FEFO.
- Track and trend Inventory Accuracy.
- Ensure accurate reflection of material movements in SAP.
- **Layout Implementation:**
- Adhere to warehouse layout standards for different zones (e.g., Empties, Refusal, Order Picking, Repack, Finished Goods).
- **Improve Quality Standards:**
- Manage warehouse cleanliness, pest control, and product exposure.
- Ensure compliance with Global Warehouse GOP and blocking standards.
- Conduct product quality induction and manage repacking operations.
- **Picking Standards:**
- Adhere to and ensure compliance with standardized picking processes.
- Track and manage picking accuracy and productivity.
- **Productivity & Capacity Management:**
- Ensure compliance with Warehouse Labour Productivity GOP.
- Allocate and assign labor activities using the SKAP tool.
- **Warehouse Management:**
- Implement and improve 5S results.
- Support design and understanding of management cycles, SOPs, and routines.
- Use problem-solving tools to develop action plans for KPI and PI improvements.
- **Safe Warehouse Practices:**
- Maintain a safe warehouse operation and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- **Loading and Unloading Activities:**
- Track and measure the productivity of loading/unloading bays.
- Manage related KPIs/PI metrics.
#### Profile
- **Education:** 3-year relevant diploma/degree.
- **Experience:** 2+ years in warehouse and/or logistics experience.
- **Skills:**
- Proficient in MS Office, Oasis, Handheld devices, and SAP.
- Good interpersonal skills and relationship building.
- Superior planning ability and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong verbal communication, self-management, and achievement orientation.
- Ability to adapt to and implement change effectively.
- Excellent coaching capability.
