#### Key Purpose of the Role
The Global Risk Management Specialist will join a dynamic team that functions as internal consultants. The role involves solving complex business problems, understanding underlying processes, and making data-driven recommendations to add value to the business.
#### Key Roles and Responsibilities
- **Problem Solving:** Use Agile methodology to tackle complex business issues by analyzing and interpreting key data.
- **Data Analysis:** Perform hypothesis testing, data analysis, and formulate action plans.
- **Cross-Functional Work:** Address business problems across various functions (HR, Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance, etc.).
- **Team Collaboration:** Lead or work within teams to deliver results using tools like Power BI, SQL, Excel, Celonis.
- **Reporting:** Deliver impactful presentations to senior executives and contribute to Enterprise Risk Management strategy.
- **Technology and Innovation:** Utilize and advocate for digital tools and automation (RPA, PowerApps, Python, etc.).
- **Continuous Improvement:** Monitor and address operational risks proactively and support team development in analytics.

- **Education:** Degree in Finance.

- **Travel:** Willingness to travel regionally and internationally on occasion.
