About the Role

We operate in a fast-paced environment with ample room for growth. Successful candidates who meet the minimum requirements will receive free training over a 12-week training/probation period.
Training Period Benefits
- Basic salary and commission, earning between R2000.00 and R7000.00 per week in commission on top of the basic salary.
- Reimbursement of Gautrain costs up to R81/day during training (Parking, Train Ticket, and Bus fare).
Post-Training Benefits
- Starting basic salary of R5500.00.
- Uncapped Commission with no Claw-Backs.
- Bonuses and Incentives.
- Average earnings in permanency: R15,000.00 to R30,000.00 in commission per month (minimum market-related standards).
- Elite team members earn over R60,000.00 in commission per month, plus basic salary.
