All sales leads undergo extensive pre-marketing processes before we contact them, resulting in higher sales-to-lead conversions than conventional direct marketing operations. #### Responsibilities
- Call pre-qualified leads aiming for 100% of the target given or more.
- Bonuses are given for reaching targets.
- A sales coach will help and guide you to develop and hone your skills.
#### Working Hours
- Monday – Thursday: 07:30 – 15:30
- Friday: 07:30 – 14:30
#### Candidate Requirements
- **Education:** Matric Certificate (compulsory), Degree (advantageous).
- **Language:** Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans.
- **Other:** Clear criminal record (compulsory).
