As a Senior Business Analyst, you will ensure that user requirements are effectively documented, developed, and delivered, while also leading and mentoring a practice of Business Analysis across our delivery portfolio.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with business unit owners to define initiatives, identifying problems, and aligning business needs with strategic and tactical goals.
- Document and manage changes to requirements throughout the project lifecycle, capturing requirement attributes and building a traceability matrix.
- Facilitate requirements gathering through interviews, workshops, and other methods.
- Maintain a backlog of requirements ready for Program Incremental Planning.
- Support project teams in understanding customer and business requirements.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to changes in requirements, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
- Ensure deliverables meet business requirements and quality standards.
- Perform business analysis and design activities, assessing feasibility, impact, and cost to create accurate user requirement documents.
- Ensure projects are delivered according to requirements and specified designs, aligning technical and business teams around common objectives.
**Ideal Candidate Profile:**
**Qualifications:**
- Matric (essential).
- 3-year degree or diploma in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or relevant field.
- 5-8 years of business analysis/systems analysis experience.
- Recognized Business Analysis qualification (FTI Diploma, Agile Business Analysis, CBAP) (advantageous).
