**Description:**
As a Senior Compliance Manager at DHL, you will be instrumental in assisting Regional Compliance Officers with managing all aspects of the compliance portfolio. This role covers a broad spectrum of compliance-related topics, including facilitating compliance certifications for countries in the region, managing compliance incidents and investigations, and guiding embedded Compliance Coordinators to ensure they stay current with the evolving compliance landscape.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Support Regional Compliance Officers in managing the compliance portfolio.
- Facilitate compliance certifications across countries in the region.
- Manage compliance incidents and investigations.
- Provide guidance to embedded Compliance Coordinators to ensure they stay updated with compliance developments.
- Influence, negotiate, and lead compliance investigations or audits.
- Coach and guide colleagues in compliance matters.
- Maintain high levels of professional integrity and ethics.
**Qualifications and Experience:**
- Background in Compliance, Legal, Finance, Auditing, or similar fields.
- 8-10 years of demonstrated experience, preferably in multinational logistics organizations.
- Sound business acumen and awareness of compliance’s impact on business operations.
- Effective communication skills at all organizational levels.
- Ability to work cross-culturally.
- Proven ability to influence, negotiate, and lead investigations or audits.
- Capability to coach and guide others.
- Attention to detail, strong planning skills.
- Understanding of the importance of storing, managing, and disseminating information effectively.
