**Description:**
As a Service Delivery Expert at DHL, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate recording of valid transactions, timely invoice payments, and meticulous reconciliation tasks. Your role is crucial in maintaining supplier relationships, managing financial functions, and supporting various business processes.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Ensure adherence to agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Support and implement programs to enhance customer, employee, and business partner satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date system and process documentation.
- Clarify service requirements and consistently obtain necessary inputs.
- Assist in internal and external audits.
- Collaborate with other process towers and business areas for integration and optimization.
- Conduct internal controls to ensure compliance with company quality standards.
- Manage special processes to optimize business flow.
- Contribute actively to projects.
- Conduct weekly conference calls with outsourced parties to review performance and KPIs.
- Manage two Oracle modules: Accounts Payable and Purchase Order for Purchase to Pay Expert.
- Provide motivation and act as a role model for all indirect staff (Accenture).
- Maintain efficient customer relationships while respecting cultural environments and history.
**Qualifications and Experience:**
- Matric – Essential.
- Degree level education or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
**Competencies and Skills:**
- Strong relationship management skills.
- Proficient language skills.
- Ability to perform duties and responsibilities independently.
- Collaborative team player.
- Attention to detail.
- High drive to meet strict deadlines.
**Languages:**
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
