**Position Description:**
The role involves managing site staff allocated to landscape maintenance sites, ensuring high-quality work, general administration duties, and overseeing a large team of gardeners and cleaners.
**Key Duties:**
- Driving to sites to manage staff
- Inspecting sites for quality and cleanliness
- General administration duties (time sheets, data capturing)
- Managing a team of 100+ gardeners and cleaners
- Supervising multiple landscape sites
- Sourcing, interviewing, and appointing site staff
- Quality control and managing agreement KPIs
- Reporting to the Operations Manager on daily goals and targets
- Meeting with clients as needed
- Staff management and procurement duties
- Handling time and attendance and minor HR duties
- Identifying and quoting on maintenance issues
**Candidate Requirements:**
- **Experience:**
- 5 to 6 years of managerial experience
- 5 to 6 years as a site manager
- **Minimum Requirements:**
- Diploma or similar qualification (preference)
- Landscaping maintenance experience with a reputable company
- Knowledge of small machine operations
- Basic knowledge of irrigation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Email, PowerPoint)
- Corporate landscaping industry experience
- At least 8 years of industry experience with a reputable landscape maintenance company
