### **Job Description:**
DHL is seeking a dynamic Route Development Manager (RDM) for Europe and USA. In this role, you will be pivotal in driving growth for the specific trade(s) assigned to you.
### **Key Responsibilities:**
- Drive growth across all ocean products within the assigned trade(s).
- Collaborate with local OFR management to steer Field Sales focus according to trade lane plans.
- Ensure a robust pipeline aligns with focus areas and growth objectives.
- Work closely with sales to accelerate opportunities through the sales funnel.
- Conduct effective pipeline reviews to prioritize profitable growth opportunities.
- Provide guidance to local sales teams on target customer characteristics and sales strategies.
- Develop comprehensive local growth plans and go-to-market strategies.
- Execute annual activities to support required growth, such as sales campaigns and RFQs.
- Ensure successful realization of won business by following up with the country Sales Team.
- Stay informed about market developments and procurement levels to ensure competitive pricing.
- Engage with customers to develop winning strategies and pricing approaches.
- Sponsor key local customers and collaborate with overseas RDMs as per trade plans.
### **Requirements:**
- Degree in Business Management or related field.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in the OFR forwarding industry.
- Previous sales experience is advantageous.
- Experience in a multinational environment or large corporation is preferred.
