#### **Responsibilities:**
- **Operational Objectives:** Direct and achieve operational objectives for the warehouse.
- **Financial Management:** Oversee accounts and manage the financial aspects of the operation.
- **Inventory Management:** Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize wastage.
- **Warehouse Processes:** Oversee warehouse processes and manage staff to ensure efficient operations.
- **Logistics:** Handle inbound and outbound logistics to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- **Digital Transformation:** Continue the digital transformation of warehouse operations to improve efficiency and accuracy.
#### **Requirements:**
- **Experience:** 2-5 years of experience in warehousing and distribution or supply chain (Compulsory).
- **Education:** Degree or diploma in supply chain, logistics, or business management (Compulsory).
- **Industry Experience:** Experience in the Cosmetics Industry.
- **Skills:**
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using inventory management and logistics software (ERP), MS Office, especially Excel (Compulsory).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Process-oriented with experience in digital transformation initiatives in warehouse operations.
