#### Job Purpose
The Product Analyst: People Tech will ensure ongoing support, development, and maintenance of application offerings for the People function. The role aims to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction while meeting operational and strategic needs.
#### Key Roles and Responsibilities
- **Requirements Gathering:** Conduct interviews, workshops, and research to document business and functional requirements.
- **Non-Functional Requirements:** Document requirements related to governance, compliance, performance, security, and scalability.
- **Design & Documentation:** Create High-Level Design (HLD) diagrams, define business cases, and perform feasibility studies.
- **Stakeholder Communication:** Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams.
- **Project Management:** Develop and execute project plans, define scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- **Training & Support:** Deliver training and documentation, resolve user problems, and drive effective resolution of system incidents.
- **Testing & Quality Assurance:** Create and execute test scripts, manage minor enhancements and bug fixes.
- **Change Management:** Implement change and release management processes.
- **Financial Management:** Manage People Tech OPEX and CAPEX.
#### Minimum Requirements
- **Education:** IT/Computer Science related B Degree or Diploma.
- **Experience:** Minimum 2 years' experience in HR Systems.
- **Knowledge:** Business understanding of a value chain (preferably FMCG), Agile methodology.
- **Skills:** Ability to facilitate workshops, manage budgets, strong systems aptitude, logical and analytical thinking.
- **Additional Skills:** Good self-management, interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, and high energy level.
